I received a call to anticipate delivery; great communication!!! David Daniel was an excellent rep. He checked in with me periodically on the status of the project. He was extremely patient with our process. He was never pushy. He responded quickly to our requests to furnish additional information or clarify any questions we had. Service has been excellent. Also, delivery was quicker than anticipated, well within the 3 week time frame. I received a call to anticipate delivery; the truck driver didn't just show up. We could plan for the off-loading in a timely manner. Great communication!!! Last, installation was NOT complicated… ready to use in a few hours after foundation is completed.
