Frequently Asked Question
A steeply angled stair (50°-70°) used as an alternative to stairs in tight spaces. Typically used in industrial environments
A “Ship Ladder” is defined by OSHA in proposed section 1910.21 as a stairway equipped with treads and stair rails with a slope up to 70 degrees. Sometimes referred to as ship stairs, the term doesn’t mean it’s only used on ships, but merely stairs/ladders between 50° to 70° of incline, and applications are for areas where standard stair length runs are not feasible. Safe access for maintenance and production is a must in almost every industrial environment. ErectaStep’s series of ship stairs is an OSHA-compliant, configurable solution that provides stability and durability. Plus, because it offers complete customization, it’s made to fit virtually any industrial application need. This steep incline stair is not suited for standard public access, office, commercial, or residential use applications.

We needed a replacement part for our Maui and SafeRack delivered! We were able to get the parts ordered by sending a picture to the sales team. Parts were quickly quoted and we were able to place the order with a credit card to get our SafeRack back online.
Thanks!

SafeRack is great to work with, we will be placing more orders with SafeRack. SafeRack Sales and Customer Service has been extremely positive and was able to deliver each item we ordered very quickly. I found that, unlike some other product supply companies, SafeRack responded very quickly and efficiently. We are also working with the engineering group on a transloader. The engineering department has been extremely helpful and has been able to provide answers and solutions to all of our questions and concerns. I found that SafeRack is great to work with and we will be placing more orders with SafeRack.

SafeRack has the construction process down. Ease of use, fast delivery, cost effective. Although we have yet to use it, I would recommend this product. It is a great fit for the application and it seems SafeRack has the construction process down.
