After crude oil is extracted, it has to be transported and refined into petroleum products. Then, those refined products must be transported for storage and/or distribution. The vast majority of transportation in the oil and gas industry involves shipping crude and other related hazardous liquids to and from refineries. Whether by truck, railcar or barge, SafeRack covers all aspects of the safe transfer of crude through to the many refined products, typically including sulfur, LPG, jet fuel or kerosene, diesel, fuel oils, asphalt, naptha, and blended gasoline.
